About the program
The 8-day program includes:- Inspection and consultation of doctors and Image therapists of the center, compilation of an individual health program before and after the course.
- There are 14 sessions of Chinese Image Medicine.
- One lecture on dietetics and one individual nutritionist consultation.
- Lecture and practical lesson with yoga teacher Ineta Kirsze on the importance of posture, proper breathing and nutrition in health promotion.
- Training the 1st level of Zhong Yuan Qigong (14 hours, Martin Jura).
- Basic course and practical training of Chinese Image Medicine (15 hours, Martin Jura).
- Two sessions on motor therapy of self-regulation (Dr. Inese Rusele).
- Daily morning group exercise on the beach.
- Daily evening meditation.
