Fees:

Conference Fee: A small registration fee (70 USD/ 50 EUR) has been instituted this year, to help defray costs of conference services and materials.
Participation in conference and seminars will be allowed only after payment of appropriate registration fees.*
*Exception: Authors of articles published at the 2nd or 3rd IM Conference are allowed free admission to the Conference!

LANGUAGES:
Conference languages are Latvian, Chinese, English, Russian. Translation will be provided.
Seminars by Xu Mingtang will be given in English, with concurrent translation to Latvian and Russian.

PRESENTATIONS AND PUBLICATIONS:
Participants may apply to present information in any of the following formats:
1. Brief oral report, 5-7 minutes. Please send written summary of up to 3 pages for review and possible publication.
2. Standard oral report, up to 25 minutes (with translation). Please send written summary of up to 10 pages for review and possible publication.
3. Written article or report for publication, up to 10 pages.
4. Workshop or demonstration, up to 3 hours. Please send written proposal to: ph@kundawell.cn.

Multimedia equipment and support will be available for oral presentations.
Articles and reports will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Please click here for detailed requirements of materials submitted for publication.
**Authors of reports published in the 2nd or 3rd Conference Proceeding are allowed free admission to this Conference.**

DEADLINES:
Applications for oral presentations and workshops will be accepted until 1st July 2013.
All materials for publication only must be submitted by 1st September 2013.
All speakers must submit a powerpoint presentation for review by 1st October 2013.
