The Seminar and the Lecture are open for everyone. Registration for the CIM seminar and also the Public lecture are needed.
The Seminar will be held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Seminar venue is Lurdy Shopping and Conference Centre (address: 1097 Budapest Könyves Kálmán krt.12-14.)

It is easy to reach by car from the main transport routes. Lurdy Shopping and Conference Centre lies at the meeting point of Könyves Kálmán krt. and Mester utca. There is free parking at the open park area (the issued tickets has to be stamped at the conference place), or there is a possibility to park also in the covered parking area (HUF 100 fee/hour)
How to get there by public transport:
Underground: Line No 3 till „Népliget station” change here to tram No. 1 or bus No 103 to the direction of „Etele Út”, get off at Lurdy House station. Tram: tram No.1 and No.51 tram stop in front of the Lurdy House. Bus: bus No.103 stops in front of the House. From Budapest International Airport – shuttle bus to hotels would be around 14 EUR. There is a regular bus (No 200) going to the final station of underground M3.
Meals:
The conference venue is situated in a shopping centre on the restaurant floor, several possibilities are available including vegetarian meal, menu offers for lunch and also for dinner. Average price for a menu (soup+main dish) is about 4-5 EUR.
Payment for the Seminar:
After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail, that includes the details of the programme and forms a booking contract. There is no advance payment. Full conference fee is payable right before the seminar at the conference venue while checking in (25th October 2016 from 8-10 a.m)
Hotels:
There are several convenient hotels available in walking distance or 2-3 tram stops from the seminar venue. Closest Hotels: Hotel Rila, Hotel Fortuna, Apartment Vagohid, Budapest Budget Hostel. There is a tram line from on Mester street, and there are about 20-30 smaller and larger hotels, apartments, hostels around.
