The head of the association Wang Guoqiang is the current Deputy Minister of Health of China and the Head of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
CACM was established under the leadership of the All-China Association of Science and Technology, its current member and its state structure of the Ministry of Health of the PRC. It includes medical researches, training, preventive and rehabilitation institutions, institutes and clinics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Association fulfills social functions and serves as a link between its current members and the government of the PRC.
