Note:
During booking (by phone or email), you should inform hotel personnel that you are a participant of the seminar on Zhong Yuan Qigong, Chinese Image Medicine or Conference and wish to book a room at the price listed below.
Payment is accepted in cash and cashless payments (Credit cards: Visa, Master, AMEX, Maestro, Virtual Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash). In the case of a bank transfer, you must pay prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy:
Clients may cancel at no charge until 24 hours before the arrival date.
In the case the client has not cancelled prior 24h and guest did not arrive the amount of full night will be charged.
Check-in time is 14.00 o’clock. Check out time is 18.00 o’clock.
Late check out will be charged 50% of the room charge up to 18.00. After 18.00 full room charge will be applied. Early check in charge will be charged 50% of the room charge starting from 06.00am. Early check in before 06.00am full room charge will be applied.
